Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for strategic financial planning and treasury management Do you have experience in the social housing sector and a track record of delivering robust business plans and managing complex financial portfolios If so wed love to hear from you!About the RoleWere looking for a Business Planning & Treasury Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. This pivotal role will lead the production and regular updates of our 30 year Group Business Plan ensuring it meets the needs of our Board regulators and funders. Youll manage day to day treasury operations maintain compliance with our Treasury Policy and build strong relationships with banks bond funders and advisors.Youll also oversee the accounting and reporting for our financing subsidiary support statutory accounts and contribute to our Treasury Management Strategy. This role includes line management of one direct report the Assistant Finance Business Partner.Key Responsibilities Lead the production and updates of the Group Business Plan and regulatory returns. Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting loan drawdowns and covenant compliance. Maintain accurate accounting for CHC plc and support statutory reporting. Provide strategic financial insights and ensure compliance with treasury policies. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including funders and auditors.What Were Looking For CCAB-qualified accountant with at least 3 years post qualification experience. Significant Social Housing experience. Business planning and treasury experience. Experience with Brixx Poval and SQL. Experience completing appraisals.
