You will take ownership of high-value pursuits shape opportunities from early engagement through to successful close and collaborate across CGIs expert teams to deliver competitive outcome-driven solutions. As a senior leader your impact will be felt across client relationships team growth and revenue success and you will directly contribute to revenue targets. You will also support coaching senior leaders and embedding sales best practices you will influence a culture of excellence and position CGI as a trusted advisor in the market.Key responsibilities:Lead & Innovate: Spearhead strategic pursuits valued between 500k10m especially consulting-led and multi-service deals.Coach & Influence: Guide Directors of Consulting Services (DCSs) embedding effective sales behaviours and pipeline discipline.Develop & Deliver: Define and execute strategic sales plans across priority accounts targeting sustainable growth.Engage & Position: Build strong relationships with senior banking clients articulating CGIs differentiated value.Optimise & Automate: Monitor pipeline health identify gaps and lead targeted interventions to drive performance.Collaborate & Elevate: Work cross-functionally to craft compelling competitive proposals that reflect market needs and CGIs capabilities.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:To excel in this role you should bring deep expertise in banking-sector sales with a strong track record of closing complex deals within new clients strategic account growth and support in coaching high-performing teams. Youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership influencing stakeholders at all levels while driving account growth and market visibility.
