RESPONSIBILITIES:Influence and inspire a dynamic work forceInterview hire train and manage Front Desk Maintenance and Kids club departments to meet the Equinox brand standards assist departments in developing schedules and ensuring adherence to payroll budgetsComplete staff performance evaluations monthly and annuallyAdhere to monthly ordering timeline and supply budgetsEnsure a high-level of costumer service to club membersWith partnership of General Manager support ancillary departments and salesAwareness of monthly departmental goals and monthly projectionsEnsure cleanliness of club per Equinoxs company standardEnsure the club is following proper Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures - Monitor safety and security of clubHelp facilitate all other projects or responsibilities as delegated by the General ManagerMust be open to location reassignments must be able to work flexible schedules dependent on the needs of the businessQualifications :  Qualified candidates must have proven leadership ability with 1-3 years of management experience in a operational management industryStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh touch customer service experience preferredEffective time management and follow up skillsFinancial management experienceBachelors Degree preferred ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWill be provided via Assistant General Manager onboarding manual Additional Information : AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:We offer competitive salary private healthcare & life insurance pension and a complimentary club membership30- 50% discounts on all Equinox products and services including Personal Training Private Pilates Spa and Caf services and Shop items This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
