The incumbent prepares and maintains itineraries for official and unofficial visits coordinates and manages campus ambassadors and assists coaches with travel and logistics.Examples of Work Performed Prepares and maintains itineraries for official and unofficial visits. Coordinates with Admissions and Compliance on the use of university campus ambassadors. Collaborates with university personnel involved in prospective student athlete visits. Assigns tasks and coordinates efforts of campus ambassadors assisting with Football. Manages and approves time for student workers. Assists offensive coaches with recruiting travel and logistics. Schedules and organizes meetings with staff members and coaches for review and planning related to campus recruiting activities. Assists football operations with camp and banquet organization including registration and duties. Coordinates with compliance staff to ensure activities associated with on-campus recruiting and unofficial on-campus visits are in compliance with University NCAA and SEC recruitment regulation. Ensures all assigned tasks are in compliance with department University Southeastern Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.Essential FunctionsThese essential functions include but are not limited to the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring Department.1. Coordinates and oversees daily activities associated with the Universitys on-campus recruiting program.2. Prepares and maintains itineraries for official and unofficial visits.Minimum Qualifications Minimum Education/ExperienceEducation:Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.ANDExperience:One (1) year of experience related to the above described duties.An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role.
