Scrum Master / Agile CoachLocation: Glasgow (Hybrid) Practice Area: Capital Markets Type: PermanentThe RoleAs a Scrum Master / Agile Coach at Capco youll play a key role in helping financial services clients embed and scale Agile delivery models. You will work across a range of transformation initiativesguiding teams through Agile best practices coaching on mindset and behaviours and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
