As an Administrative Assistant and Property Manager youll ensure smooth daily operations across both office and property-related tasks. Youll manage schedules supplies and vendor coordination while also supporting the upkeep of commercial properties through tenant liaison maintenance oversight and documentation support. This role is ideal for someone organized proactive and comfortable juggling both administrative and property management duties.What You Will DoCoordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.Manage office supplies equipment and inventory ensuring the office remains fully operational;Organize meetings appointments and company events;Serve as the point of contact for vendors service providers and building management;Handle correspondence document management and administrative tasks as required;Oversee the management of commercial properties owned by the business owner.Coordinate property maintenance repairs and inspections;Liaise with tenants contractors and service providers to ensure all properties are well-maintained.Assist with lease agreements rent collection and property-related documentation;Conduct regular property visits to ensure standards are maintained.Who Should ApplyBachelors degree holders in Business Administration or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in administrative office or property management rolesProactive goal-driven self-starters with a strong sense of accountability and initiativeIndividuals with excellent command of English and strong documentation/reporting capabilitiesGlobally minded team players with international exposure or cross-cultural work experienceCandidates who are open to occasional business travel and adaptable to fast-paced work environmentsWhy Join UsIf you are eager to take your career to the next level in the payment industry this is the opportunity for you.
