We're Hiring: Sessional Psychiatrist (Private Practice) – Surrey Psychiatry

Location: Guildford, Surrey (with some flexibility for remote work)

Position: Sessional Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Type: Part-time, flexible sessions

Rates: Competitive

Surrey Psychiatry, part of Dr Jo Gee Psychotherapy is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced sessional psychiatrist to join our thriving private practice in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking meaningful work in a supportive, dynamic, and client-focused environment. We currently have 5 psychiatrists working within our practice.

About the Role:

  • Conduct private psychiatric assessments and reviews
  • Offer diagnosis, treatment planning and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with our team of therapists and psychologists
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and care

We offer flexible sessional hours with full administrative support and a steady flow of referrals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Be GMC-registered and on the Specialist Register for psychiatry
  • Hold a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent
  • Have experience working with child and adolescent mental health
  • Be eligible to work in the UK and hold appropriate indemnity cover
