Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich:
- Lösungsarchitektur: Du definierst und entwickelst solide Fährpläne für eine Systemarchitektur innerhalb unserer SAP SuccessFactors-Implementierungsprojekte.
- Projektleitung: Du hast die technische Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung der Projekte in den Bereichen SAP SuccessFactors im Zusammenspiel mit SAP HCM oder anderen SAP-Produkten und koordinierst zwischen den internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Cross-Module Integration: Du gestaltest und implementierst Lösungen, die mehrere SAP (SuccessFactors) Module integrieren und gewährleistest nahtlose Interaktion der Module über Systemgrenzen hinweg.
- End-to-End Prozesse: Du definierst und analysierst Zielprozesse im HR Transformation-Umfeld unter Berücksichtigung von Best Practices und HR Trends.
- Datenarchitektur und -konzepte: Du entwickelst technische Datenmigrations- und Replikationsstrategien und erstellst Testautomatisierungen zur Validierung der Datenintegrität.
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich HXM Cloud Solutions / SAP SuccessFactors, Interfaces und Cloud Architektur sowie Datenmigration. Leidenschaft für SAP und eine hohe Affinität für zukunftsweisende Technologien im HR Umfeld. Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, analytisch, kundenorientiert und geprägt von Flexibilität.
