Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich:
- Lösungsarchitektur: Du definierst und entwickelst solide Fährpläne für eine Systemarchitektur innerhalb unserer SAP SuccessFactors-Implementierungsprojekte.
- Projektleitung: Du hast die technische Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung der Projekte in den Bereichen SAP SuccessFactors im Zusammenspiel mit SAP HCM oder anderen SAP-Produkten und koordinierst zwischen den internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Cross-Module Integration: Du gestaltest und implementierst Lösungen, die mehrere SAP (SuccessFactors) Module integrieren und gewährleistest nahtlose Interaktion der Module über Systemgrenzen hinweg.
- End-to-End Prozesse: Du definierst und analysierst Zielprozesse im HR Transformation- Umfeld unter Berücksichtigung von Best Practices und HR Trends.
- Datenarchitektur und -konzepte: Du entwickelst technische Datenmigrations- und Replikationsstrategien und erstellst Testautomatisierungen zur Validierung der Datenintegrität.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich HXM Cloud Solutions / SAP SuccessFactors, Interfaces und Cloud Architektur sowie Datenmigration.
- Leidenschaft für SAP und eine hohe Affinität für zukunftsweisende Technologien im HR Umfeld.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, analytisch, kundenorientiert und geprägt von Flexibilität.
