Du übernimmst innerhalb von Projekten die fachliche Führung für dein Thema und verantwortest die fachliche Qualität der Projektlösung.
Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich:
- Ganzheitliche Beratung unserer Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation der Verantwortungsbereiche des CFOs
- Erarbeitung von Roadmaps, Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Umsetzungsbegleitung von Projekten mit Fokus auf Finanzen, Digitalisierung und Mobilität
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Technologien im Finanzbereich mit Schwerpunkt Accounting und Controlling sowie angrenzenden Funktionen
- Durchführung von Workshops zu finanzspezifischen Themen sowie zur Erarbeitung von Lösungen gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden
- Übernahme der (Teil-)Projektleitung in spannenden Projekten mit dem Schwerpunkt Transformation der Finanzfunktion (z.B. Schnittstelle zur IT, Kontenplankonzeption)
- Beratung von Accounting Prozessen mit Fokus Rechnungswesen (Hauptbuch, Nebenbücher) inkl. funktionsübergreifender Verknüpfungen (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- Beratung von Controlling-Prozessen (Planung, Reporting, Analytics, Simulation) inkl. Verknüpfung mit Unternehmenssteuerung
Um für deinen Weg als (Senior) Consultant gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium und mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Consulting-, Finance- & Controlling-Umfeld
- Leidenschaft für innovative Technologien, Digitalisierungs-, Accounting- und Controlling-Themen im Verantwortungsbereich des CFOs
- Expertise im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sowie in den Themenfeldern Accounting und Controlling; zudem ist ein guter Überblick über aktuelle Trends und Fragestellungen im CFO-Bereich gewünscht
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist professionell, kundenorientiert und geprägt von Flexibilität
