Deine Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung der zukĂĽnftigen Enterprise-Architektur und ihrer Capabilities zur Operationalisierung der Digitalisierungsstrategie unserer Kunden sowie zur UnterstĂĽtzung ihrer unternehmerischen Entscheidungen
- Verantwortung fĂĽr die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer EAM-Projekte bei unseren Kunden
- Evaluierung von Technologietrends mit Fokus auf Projekt- und Kundennutzen sowie Definition von Richtlinien und Standards zur effizienten und nachhaltigen Nutzung von IT-Ressourcen
- Entwicklung tragfähiger Transformations- und Migrationsstrategien
- DurchfĂĽhrung von Workshops und Schulungen auf Managementebene sowie UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Projekte durch Angebotserstellung, Teilnahme an Pitches und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Consulting, ergänzt durch Zertifizierungen wie TOGAF oder vergleichbar
- Leidenschaft fĂĽr die FĂĽhrung von Projektteams sowie Erfahrung und sicheres Auftreten auf C-Level
- Expertise in der Modellierung von Architekturen, z. B. mit Tools wie Sparx Enterprise Architect, LeanIX etc., sowie ein belastbares Netzwerk im Automotive- und Manufacturing-Umfeld
- Arbeitsweise geprägt durch sehr gute Präsentations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
