Job summary

Lister House Surgery is seeking to appoint a Salaried GP who will become an integral part of our team.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, forward‑thinking, and able to embrace innovation.

We are looking for a Salaried GP who will be willing to commit to 6 sessions per week, supporting a healthy work‑life balance in a well‑organised and supportive practice.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide a full range of general medical service to our diverse patient population of over 46,000 patients.
  • Undertake face‑to‑face consultations, telephone consultations, and clinical triage.
  • Work across our four practice sites, which together make up our own Primary Care Network.

Lister House Surgery is a friendly, forward‑thinking GP practice with over 70 years of history, led by a stable partnership committed to delivering high‑quality patient care while embracing the new look of Primary Care.

We care for over 46,000 patients across four sites in Derby, which together form our own Primary Care Network.

Being our own PCN enables us to deliver services efficiently, including having our own dedicated home visiting service, meaning our GPs are not routinely required to undertake home visits.

We pride ourselves on offering a supportive working environment with a manageable workload. Professionals joining Lister House will benefit from:
