Someone who notices the little details, anticipates people’s needs before they ask, and understands that genuine hospitality is about making every person feel welcome, valued and cared for.

This isn’t a traditional reception role.

We’re searching for a Clinic Concierge who will become the heartbeat of our patient experience.

  • Luxury hotels or five-star hospitality
  • Premium customer service
  • High-end retail or concierge services
  • Private healthcare or aesthetics (desirable but not essential)

You’ll be responsible for

  • Delivering a world-class patient journey from arrival to departure
  • Creating a calm, luxurious clinic environment
  • Welcoming and caring for patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Diary management and appointment coordination
  • Assisting with treatment preparation and patient aftercare
  • Supporting our social media content through behind-the-scenes moments and patient experience
  • Helping ensure every detail within the clinic reflects our premium brand

We’re looking for someone who is

  • Naturally warm and personable
  • Exceptionally organised
  • Proactive and able to use their own initiative
  • A brilliant communicator
  • Proud of the details that others often overlook

At Dr Emma Clinics, we’re building more than a clinic. We’re creating an experience that patients genuinely look forward to.

If you believe exceptional hospitality belongs in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.
