Are you currently coordinating technical information, submittals and design delivery on an Irish construction project, and ready to step into a role with greater ownership? I am recruiting for a well-established Irish Main Contractor delivering residential, commercial and heritage projects.

This opportunity could suit someone currently working as:

  • Senior Technical Submittals Coordinator
  • BCAR Coordinator
  • Design Coordinator
  • Technical Information Coordinator
  • Assistant Project Manager
  • Senior Site Engineer (with strong technical / design coordination exposure)

Key requirements:

  • Experience with an Irish or UK Main Contractor (essential)
  • Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (Civil / Architectural backgrounds particularly welcome)
  • Strong understanding of technical submittals, RFIs, consultant coordination and construction documentation
  • Experience supporting delivery teams through design and construction phases
  • BCAR exposure is highly desirable

You should be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving information flow to keep projects moving. Please note that this ad is aimed at experienced professionals already operating in a technical coordination environment, not an entry-level opportunity.
