- Senior Technical Submittals Coordinator
- BCAR Coordinator
- Design Coordinator

- Assistant Project Manager
- Senior Site Engineer (with strong technical / design coordination exposure)
Key requirements:
- Experience with an Irish or UK Main Contractor (essential)
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (Civil / Architectural backgrounds particularly welcome)
- Strong understanding of technical submittals, RFIs, consultant coordination and construction documentation
- Experience supporting delivery teams through design and construction phases
- BCAR exposure is highly desirable
