The Role:
As an integral member of our clinical team, you will deliver a range of advanced aesthetic treatments and support our injectors in providing the highest level of patient care. You’ll thrive in a supportive, no-pressure environment where client relationships and results matter more than hard sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced skincare treatments including microneedling, laser treatments, Morpheus8, and medical-grade facials
- Assist injectors during consultations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and professional patient journey
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
- Maintain meticulous clinical records in line with CQC standards
- Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
About You:
- Qualified and experienced in microneedling, laser, and advanced skincare treatments (Morpheus8 experience essential)
- Knowledgeable about skincare brands and treatment combinations
- Confident, professional, and naturally warm in your approach
- Committed to ethical practice – absolutely no hard selling
- Team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a CQC-registered or medical aesthetics environment is essential
