Join the Dr David Jack Clinic Team. We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to join our Edinburgh clinic team. This role plays a pivotal role in delivering the outstanding client experience for which Dr David Jack Clinic is known.
As the first person our clients meet and the last person they see before leaving, you will be at the heart of every stage of the patient journey, creating a warm, personalised, and seamless experience from initial enquiry through to post-treatment follow-up. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, aesthetics, luxury service, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a world-class client experience and managing the full patient journey
- Supporting our doctors and aestheticians to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
- Managing appointments, enquiries, and clinic communications with precision and professionalism
- Upselling our in-house skincare line and treatment packages
- Supporting stock management, financial administration, and clinic processes
- Contributing to events, PR initiatives, and the continued growth of the business
We're looking for someone with:
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in reception, front-of-house, hospitality, luxury retail, medical, or clinic environments
- Exceptional organisational and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and experience handling confidential information
- A genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, and luxury client care
Previous experience within an aesthetics clinic, medical practice, or luxury skincare environment would be advantageous.
