Dr David Jack is seeking an exceptional aesthetic doctor to lead our newest clinic in the Cotswolds. The Role
As Lead Aesthetic Doctor, you will be the principal injector and clinical figurehead for the Stow-on-the-Wold clinic. You will work closely with Dr David Jack and the wider leadership team to build a loyal patient base and establish the clinic as the leading destination for aesthetics in the Cotswolds. The role will involve a mixture of injectable treatments, consultations and long-term treatment planning, alongside collaboration with our skin therapists and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless luxury patient experience. You will have access to an established brand, sophisticated marketing support, premium clinical infrastructure and the opportunity to help us build a highly engaged patient community. Considerable support will be provided from the wider group across operations, branding, patient acquisition and administration.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a warm, polished and clinically excellent injector who genuinely enjoys patient relationships and takes pride in delivering elegant, natural results. The ideal candidate will:
- Be GMC or GDC registered with a licence to practise
- Have substantial experience in aesthetic medicine (ideally 5+ years)
- Demonstrate strong injectable skills across botulinum toxin and dermal fillers
- Have excellent consultation and communication skills
- Be aligned with a subtle, regenerative aesthetic philosophy
- Be highly professional, discreet and detail-oriented
- Thrive within a luxury service environment
- Be interested in long-term career growth within the company
- Value teamwork and collaborative working
- Experience with energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation treatments and advanced facial assessment would be advantageous.
