Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Birmingham. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting clients, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks such as filing and data entry. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to manage calls, appointments, and reception tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including data entry, organizational abilities, and maintaining records.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for all clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or aesthetics-related setting is a plus, along with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
