We are now looking for an experienced Shopify E-commerce Manager to join our team and spearhead the evolution of the platform.

Responsibilities
- As a Shopify E-commerce Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining our Shopify-based e-commerce site, ensuring it operates seamlessly and performs at peak efficiency.
- Line managing the e-commerce team, coaching, mentoring and supporting your reports, enabling them to hit personal and organisational objectives.
- Collaborating with teams to design and implement new features, promotional campaigns, and site improvements.
- Optimizing the site for customer experience, which includes navigation, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
- Analysing site performance metrics and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Implementing SEO strategies and ensuring the site ranks well in search engine results.
- Co-ordinating e-commerce marketing efforts, including email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media integration.
- Managing brand launches and product uploads, including comprehensive descriptions, pricing, and inventory management, keeping the store up to date.

Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing Shopify e-commerce platforms, preferably with a £1m minimum annual turnover.
- At least 2 years of experience within the fashion industry
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce success and achieving KPIs.
- Experience with Shopify Plus is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Shopify, including themes, apps, and customizations.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and e-commerce analytics tools like Google Analytics.
