DPUS is one of the UK’s top designer outlets. With a flagship store and HQ in London, E1, we have recently launched our new website as we continue to show significant growth in the luxury fashion marketplace.
We are now seeking an experienced Content Manager to continue to build the DPUS brand, developing and implementing our creative and social media strategy, and increasing our online presence as part of our marketing strategy.
As the Fashion Retail Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing engaging content across all digital platforms. You will play a key part in enhancing our brand presence, connecting with our audience, and driving sales through compelling storytelling and strategic content planning. You will manage the entire lifecycle of content – planning, creation, editing, distribution and analysis. Working closely across departments to promote our brand through engaging and compelling content, this is a key role within the business.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, producing, sharing and maintaining calendars through software tools.
- Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, manage and publish content (images, video, written, etc.).
- SEO & Analytics: Optimise content for search engines and AI, helping to maximise our ROI.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, managing the design and tone to ensure we maximise engagement with our target audience.
- Brand Management: Oversee photographic content for DPUS e-commerce platform and instore POS.
- Creative Direction: Create and manage campaigns and marketing materials for DPUS website and store.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (marketing, sales, operations, store, etc.) assigning content production tasks to team members and commissioning articles, videos and other content from external freelancers.
- Analysis: Analyse social media campaigns and activities and provide reports on ROI and insights to Senior Management.
- Networking: Build database of influencers, affiliates and brand ambassadors to expand DPUS network and audience.
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience as a Content Manager or similar role within the fashion industry.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn + other social media best practices).
- Experience in content marketing and creation.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Familiarity with design and publishing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content management or a similar role.
This is a full-time Content Manager role based on-site at our London location. The Content Manager will oversee the creation, development, and execution of engaging and impactful content strategies.
