- Manage mechanical services packages on large commercial projects from inception to completion
- Take full ownership of project delivery including programme, cost control, quality and health & safety
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal delivery teams
- Manage subcontractors, procurement and material scheduling
- Oversee commissioning, snagging and final handover
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification
- Produce regular progress reports and attend project meetings
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E / building services sector
- Experience delivering commercial projects, ideally with values up to £5m
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, pipework, plant, etc)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
- SMSTS / CSCS (or willingness to obtain)
