The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

This is an entry-level position. Primarily an office role based in Skelmersdale, WN89JP. Occasional weekend work and overtime will be required during peak summer periods and will be paid at an enhanced rate. You can expect to travel to job sites across the UK & Europe as part of your function to support the projects you work on. A combination of working closely with internal departments and suppliers as well as client facing with ownership and responsibility for timings, resourcing, aligning and developing processes throughout. We want you to grow with us; supporting you to learn and develop in the role to share the workload and contribute to new ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Attending client meetings and taking notes.
  • Translate the unique requirements of our clients and their project into a brief for our design studio.
  • Oversee and organise client submitted artwork, proof & approval sheet delivery, and supplier delegation.
  • On site organisation and relationship managing of the client.
  • Liaising with our installation teams to reach an aligned end goal.

Our Project Assistant is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow their career in the event industry. Personality, perseverance and potential are more important than experience. We’re looking for someone to join us and be a long term part of our growing business. Although a university degree is not essential, a proven track record of academic excellence, a strong work ethic and an ability to demonstrate personal application is required.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions.
  • Demonstrate commercial understanding with the ability to manage budgets and prioritise work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Full UK Driving License.

Preferred

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator & Indesign is a plus.
  • Experience in project coordination or management, within the sports, event or creative industry.
  • An eye for interior design & creative spaces.
  • Practical understanding of joinery and fabrication (or a willingness to learn!).
  • Flexible with travelling to job sites, overnight stays and weekend hours during peak periods.
