We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Assistant, to support our project management team. While the role is predominately office based, travel to job sites will be required to support the projects you work on. Occasional weekend work and overtime will be required during our peak summer months. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with clients.
- Attend client meetings taking minutes.
- Translate requirements of our clients and their project into a brief for our design team.
- Oversee and organise client submitted artwork, proof & approval sheet delivery, and brief suppliers.
- On site organisation and relationship managing of the client.
- Liaising with our installation teams to deliver the project.
- Maintain project schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist management with support they may need - creative, research, finance, administration.
