We are looking to appoint a Consultant / Freelance Residential Surveyor to undertake RICS Pre-Purchase Home Surveys at Level 2 and Level 3. This role is offered on a fee-split basis, with approximately 1–4 surveys per week available, depending on workload, availability, and seasonal demand. The fee split will be discussed with suitable applicants. Weekend work is available for those wishing to increase capacity.
The successful surveyor will undertake work under our RICS Regulated Firm and Professional Indemnity insurance. Applicants must be RICS-qualified (FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS) and have demonstrable experience in carrying out RICS Home Surveys at Levels 2 and 3 to a high professional standard. We are currently seeking surveyors with coverage across East London and Essex.
