DPG Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client based in Irthlingborough.

The Role

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe movement of goods throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the wider warehouse team. You will also be required to make occasional deliveries using a company Luton van.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading lorries
  • Moving stock within the warehouse and yard
  • Picking, packing and preparing orders
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties
  • Light manual handling and handballing
  • Delivering goods locally in a Luton van when required
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
  • In-house or expired licences cannot be accepted
  • Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
  • Full UK driving licence
