We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Coalville. This role is suited to candidates who are confident working in high-volume environments and can maintain accuracy and safety under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles in a timely manner
- Moving stock around the warehouse and yard
- Supporting general warehouse duties where required
- Ensuring all work is completed to health and safety standards
- Working to tight deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date and accredited)
- Proven experience operating Counterbalance FLTs in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Experienced candidates only will be considered
