We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors within DPG, an owner-managed business operating KFC restaurants alongside hotel and property interests. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities effectively. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors’ schedules, administration, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments for the Directors
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport
  • Prepare, organise, and file documents, reports, and presentations (using OneDrive)
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Support the smooth running of office facilities and greet visitors

Personal Assistance

  • Support with personal administration such as appointments, vehicle tax, visas, and insurance
  • Collate and check credit card bills and invoices across properties
  • Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks and errands as required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Business & Operational Support

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs
  • Conduct research (e.g. market rents, supplier information) and compile data
  • Liaise with franchisors, property agents, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Support basic project coordination across the business

Organisation & Time Management

  • Prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Track key dates, meetings, and deliverables
  • Anticipate Directors’ needs and act proactively

Communication & Relationships

  • Act as a key point of contact between Directors and internal/external partners
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships
  • Communicate clearly and accurately on behalf of the business

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree preferred but not essential
