This exciting role within our Network Finance Team requires a self-driven professional who is both commercially and analytically minded.

You will leverage your strong business partnering skills to build strategic relationships and effectively influence stakeholders across the organisation, working closely with Regional Finance Managers to drive high-impact projects.

  • Strategic Insights: Provide clear, data-driven insights into actual results and overall business performance to guide executive strategy

Creation: Proactively identify cost savings, operational efficiencies, and potential risks for the Network and the wider business, as well as delivery plans to achieve these

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Influencing stakeholders to improve the efficiency of our core processes while driving standardisation across sectors and the entire Network
  • Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for depot managers, maintaining regular communication through daily and weekly calls to develop and track actionable plans
  • Process Transformation: Review, challenge, and redesign existing reporting processes to facilitate agile decision-making, introducing robust new controls where required
  • Project Delivery: Take the lead on high-impact projects, ensuring consistent delivery that is 'on time and in full'
  • Collaborative Alignment: Work seamlessly alongside the wider Finance function to champion consistency and ensure we are all driven by "same goal" practices.

You must be fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
