As a Territory Sales Executive your primary responsibility will be to achieve the company's revenue target for new business in line with the company's strategy for customer size, type and service mix.

Cold Calling and "door knocking" is an essential part of this role to attract and develop new business.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Identifying and developing a 'personal prospect funnel' sufficient in size to fund both DPD & DPD Local new business targets as laid down in the company's strategic plan
  • Monitoring performance of new customers to ensure they trade to an agreed profile. Agree and deliver action plans if variances occur
  • Successfully handover all new accounts to either the Customer Care Team or relevant CRM Account Manager by the end of the first eight weeks of trade
  • Identifying and pursuing regular trading opportunities on a daily and weekly basis
  • To champion the "partnership process" wherever possible with any new prospects
  • Achieving productivity targets. This will include 12 brand new prospect visits each week
  • Achieving all portfolio product targets as laid down by the company
  • Obtaining all the correct documentation required to process a credit facility to ISO standard
