In this role you will be responsible for supporting our Operational teams, analysing volume forecasts, and producing route plans and roster patterns to ensure capability is maintained in the most cost effective way without compromising service levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing and manipulating data from spreadsheets and other in-house systems which will enable you to report on volumes of parcels.
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of on-going projects.
- Identifying ways to reduce costs by implementation of agreed processes which will increase efficiencies.
- Liaising with Hub Management to resolve any issues within the Network and promote efficiencies.
- Liaising with the Network to arrange ad-hoc collections.
- Liaising with Depot Management of Operations Support to plan efficient routes.
- Maintaining effective communication between Hub and Network.
