We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Area Sales Executive to join our high performing and busy Sales Team.
The purpose of this position is to achieve the company’s revenue target for new business in line with the company’s strategy for customer size, type and service mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and convert new prospects to use the company’s services.
- Manage performance of new customers to ensure they trade according to agreed profile and company New Business KPIs.
- Hand over all new accounts to the relevant Account Managers.
- Identify, build and pursue new business opportunities by building a good prospect funnel to work from.
- Champion the partnering process with any new prospect.
- Achieve all product targets and embrace all new products when launched by the company.
- Strive for Elite & 100+ qualification at all times.
Qualifications
- Career history evidencing success within a sales or similar environment and a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast paced sales environment.
- Outstanding communication, persuading and influencing skills and ability to focus on customers to fully understand their needs and gain their commitment.
- High levels of integrity and empathy.
- Ability to manage own time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt own style to suit the needs of internal and external customers.
- Effective problem resolution and objection handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and resilient approach.

- Full clean driving licence mandatory; willingness to travel flexibly and undertake occasional overnight stays.
