You will join a busy team, helping customers with parcel collection or delivery, and work closely with Drivers and Operations Managers to resolve issues. A strong, confident telephone manner and excellent administration skills are essential.
You'll handle delivery status questions, provide POD, and investigate missing parcels while upholding DPD values and delivering world-class service to a wide customer base.
