With £15.28 per hour + £2.52 night rate (18:00 to 06:00), a £19.86 daily subsistence allowance, and a £8.81 daily food allowance, this Class 1 Relief/Tramper Driver role offers a competitive package, modern fleet vehicles, and routes designed to suit professional drivers.

* You are comfortable with tramping, which requires being away from home for a minimum of 4 nights per week, sleeping in your vehicle at one of our secure locations.

*What you’ll do as a Class 1 LGV / HGV Relief Driver*
* Execute bulk collections and deliveries between DPD sites and customer locations nationwide.
* Drive modern fleet LGV / HGV vehicles on agreed shift patterns, delivering pallet loads to HGV-friendly destinations.
* Spend a minimum of 4 nights per week sleeping in your vehicle at secure DPD locations.
* Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
* Load and unload trailers, adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Represent DPD professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high personal presentation standards.
