DPD is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen the depot operations team on a night shift. You will lead warehouse operatives, keeping them engaged, organized and motivated while ensuring efficient unloading of lorries and accurate parcel sortation to meet KPIs.
Key responsibilities include achieving CAD %, depot throughput, saturation targets, and maintaining health and safety standards, productivity and cost controls.
