DPD Bournemouth is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract to support customers with parcel collections and deliveries. You will work with our Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to resolve issues, provide updates and secure positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You will handle delivery status inquiries, supply Proof of Delivery, investigate missing parcels and resolve disputes, while delivering exceptional service.
