DPD is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our depot operations management team at Appleton. You will work closely with self-employed Owner Drivers and employed drivers, keeping them engaged and motivated to ensure outstanding service.
Key accountabilities include achieving depot targets for routes and SPR, setting routes, and ensuring drivers scan/load safely, while maintaining clear communication and resource planning for ad-hoc collections.
