The role of Warehouse Operative is critical to the safe and efficient movement of parcels within our depots, contributing to exceptional customer service.

- Working Hours Per Week: 35 Hours Per Week
- Salary: £16.49ph (Overtime paid at enhanced rate)
- Location: DPD Southall Depot
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
- Hours of Work: 00:00–08:00
Responsibilities
- Execute unloading, scanning, sorting, and loading of parcels with precision and care
- Ensure swift and secure transit of items through the network
- Handle large and heavy parcels up to 25 kg
- Maintain a high level of physical capability to meet role demands
- Adhere to shift patterns as part of a 365-day operational schedule
- Uphold strict health and safety standards at all times
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across various areas of the warehouse as required
- Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit strong organisational skills to manage workload effectively
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
