DPD UK is recruiting a Shift Manager for the Swansea Depot. You will lead a high‑performing team of drivers and co‑ordinate depot operations to deliver outstanding service. This is a permanent, full‑time role with a 40‑hour week and weekend rotations.
You will manage core route targets, SPR metrics and ensure safe, efficient loading and dispatch. Strong communication, reporting, and data analysis skills are essential to drive KPIs and improve performance.
