Purpose of Position
Day to day running of compliance reports for the DPD Network around Healthcare and Food service offerings including daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Ensuring accurate data is distributed. Manage the team email inbox, addressing all incoming general enquiries and damage inspections requests. Ensuring all emails are addressed and within a timely manner. Review and manage all dashboard access requests for all network compliance suites that are owned by the reporting manager, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness in processing requests. Conduct regular administrative audits to ensure accurate information is stored and outstanding training is addressed with the relevant individuals to maintain GDPR compliant with dashboard access. Closely monitor network communication streams and investigate all depot, driver and hub compliance issues raised to the team. Challenging non-compliance when identified and following up for appropriate resolutions. Documenting all escalations and outcomes for reporting purposes. When required, assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting to identify non compliance and maintain and update the department intranet.

- The production of reports based on data from Universe for both DPD and DPD Local
- The daily pro-active interrogation of data to identify potential delivery failures
- The communication of potential delivery failures to the relevant parties
- The production of analysis statistics
- Any other administration tasks as requested
