DPD UK is seeking an experienced Yard Technician to join our VMU team in Smethwick. You will inspect, service, maintain and repair a large HGV fleet to high safety standards and DVSA compliance, minimising downtime.
You will work on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, steering, electrical and exhaust systems, and prepare vehicles for MOT testing. You’ll keep detailed service records and collaborate with other technicians to ensure safe, compliant operations.
