DPD UK is seeking a Workshop Team Leader for our state-of-the-art Oldbury workshop.
This permanent role covers days on a 4 on/4 off continental shift pattern, reporting to the Workshop Manager, and supervising a team of HGV Technicians, subcontractors and parts suppliers to hit productivity, quality, cost and safety targets.
You will oversee work allocation, ensure safety, manage warranty issues, and maintain workshop documentation while adhering to ISO procedures.
