Job Description

Lead and manage the people‑side of change, ensuring successful adoption and usage of new processes, systems, and organisational structures across the business. This role is crucial for maximising the return on investment of transformation initiatives by driving employee engagement, minimising resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Tasks / Areas of Responsibility

  • Transformation & Change Strategy – develop and execute robust change management strategies, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans and resistance management plans.
  • Impact Analysis & Risk Mitigation – conduct comprehensive change impact analyses to identify potential challenges and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Management – identify and analyse key stakeholders, and develop tailored engagement and influencing tactics for each group.
  • Sponsorship & Execution Coaching – coach senior leaders, managers and project teams to fulfil their change sponsorship and execution roles effectively.
  • Change Measurement & Evaluation – evaluate change readiness, measure success using KPIs, report results and manage corrective actions.
  • Training & Documentation Management – create and manage training materials and user documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Colleague Development & Mindset – champion and embed initiatives that develop colleagues' critical thinking and change agility to proactively embrace transformation initiatives.
  • Transformation Agenda Championing – act as a champion for the company's transformation agenda, ensuring alignment between change activities and strategic business goals.
  • Project Integration & Collaboration – collaborate closely with project management teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Resistance Management & Roadblock Removal – proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and sources of user resistance to maintain momentum and achieve successful change adoption.
  • Framework Maturity & Evolution – contribute to the continuous maturity and evolution of the organisation’s change management framework and methodology.

Remuneration and Benefits

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Car allowance: £11,000 or company car
