We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Shift Manager to join our high performing Logistics Solutions Management team. As a Logistics Shift Manager, you’ll be required to work within our Logistics Warehouse in an environment where operating efficiently under pressure and at pace will be a fundamental aspect of the role. In this role, you will primarily manage a small team of operatives to deliver the day to day requirements of the warehouse pick and pack operation. You will oversee your team in order to achieve KPIs for productivity, costs to plan, and accuracy of warehouse processes while monitoring and championing levels of service provided and actively seeking improvement activities.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Follow and promote all policies and procedures, including HR, Health and Safety, Quality and Housekeeping, ensuring any training requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- You have experience in a logistics operation with proven and demonstrable people management experience, involving direct accountability and responsibility for motivating and leading a high performing team.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage a team.
- You possess decisive and effective decision‑making, problem resolution and time management skills.
- You demonstrate high levels of resilience, self‑motivation and flexibility.
- You have excellent computer skills with the ability to use Google Chrome applications.
- You have the ability to perform comprehensive reporting, alongside analysis of data.
- You are highly vigilant to any unscrupulous activity, taking swift and appropriate action when required.

- A full UK driving licence is essential.
