Job Description

The Role: What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This is a 360‑degree apprenticeship. You’ll spend 13 months rotating through different areas of the business to understand how the magic happens:

  • On the Road: Learning professional driving, route optimization, and vehicle safety.
  • In the Hub: Loading/unloading vehicles and mastering warehouse logistics.
  • In the Office: Getting a behind-the-scenes look at how we plan and track the nation’s deliveries.
  • Maintenance: Learning to conduct full vehicle "health checks" and reporting faults to keep the fleet 100%.

The Skills: Learning the tech behind the deliveries and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

  • The Basics: You’re 18+ and have held a UK Category B licence for at least 12 months.
  • The Brains: 4 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent. You’re organized, communicative, and have a high attention to detail.
  • The Driving Record: A valid UK Drivers Licence with no more than 6 points. We have a zero-tolerance policy for major offences (like dangerous/careless driving, driving under the influence of drink/drugs, or mobile phone use).
  • The Energy: You’re independently motivated and ready to show up with Passion, Respect, and Honesty.
