Job Description

Contract Type: Permanent – 40 Hours Per Week

Days of Work: Sunday - Thursday

Hours of Work: 05:00 - 13:30

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Tech Management & Logistics: You’re the guardian of our "Saturn" handheld devices. You’ll manage the check-in/out process for the driver fleet, ensuring every unit is accounted for, fully charged, and updated.
  • Data Guru: You’ll navigate our internal "Universe" system and Google Docs like a pro, maintaining real-time data accuracy.
  • Customer Experience: You’ll be the face of DPD for customers visiting the depot, providing top-tier service and solving problems on the spot.
  • Operations Support: You’ll support the warehouse floor crew, participating in daily team huddles and helping out with various depot duties.
  • Safety & Standards: You’ll help maintain an organized workspace and follow health and safety protocols.
