Our Customer Integration Manager is looking for a tenacious and motivated Customer Automation Executive - IT to join their highly skilled and high performing team.
As our Customer Automation Executive IT your primary responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating the use of IT systems to potential customers, depot and sales employees ensuring understanding and competence in usage
- Assisting Sales Executives in selling and demonstrating the benefits of the system
- Assessing conditions for IT usage at customer premises through site visits or other forms of contact
- Assessing training requirements for customer employees and carry out such training
- Assessing database needs and reformatting as necessary
- Resolving immediate install problems as necessary
- Resolving support log escalations via IT Automation
- Ensuring resolution of hardware and software issues
- Ensuring a high level of customer service satisfaction through remote or face to face customer contact as appropriate
- Promoting ongoing sales opportunities
As the successful candidate you will have a confident and engaging manner with the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a range of customers both internally and externally. Due to the nature of this role you will be commercially astute with strong sales awareness coupled with operational IT knowledge and understanding. We would also expect:
- The ability to manipulate and analyse data, have good knowledge of databases, IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Products
- The ability to effectively train customers ensuring training is understood and implemented
- Be able to prioritise workload and manage your time effectively
- Strong organisational and problem resolution skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative
