Job Description

As a DPD Driver, you are the final, vital link between us and our customers. Your day is active, varied, and tech‑integrated.

Tasks

  • Vehicle Prep & Loading: Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and organise your morning load for maximum efficiency.
  • Route Mastery: Use our top‑tier handheld technology to navigate your territory, including predicted windows for customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Deliver smiles and parcels directly to doorsteps, providing a friendly, professional service.
  • Problem Solving on the Go: Find safe places or navigate tricky apartment complexes using local knowledge and technology.
  • Safe Handling: Safely handle parcels (up to 25kg) from depot to final destination.

Qualifications

  • Held a valid UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months.
  • Physically fit to handle parcels up to 30kg.
  • Professional, reliable, and people‑oriented, with a strong service mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating local roads and using handheld devices.
