DPD UK is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join and strengthen our depot management team. You will oversee the smooth running of the operation, driving service, cost control, health & safety, security, productivity and transport objectives.
You’ll also recruit, develop and retain staff, manage P&L, and seek innovative ways to support the operation. Our depots operate 365 days a year and require coverage across 5 shifts, including potential weekend work.
