The Role
You’ll be the face of DPD, managing a designated route with roughly 50-60 stops. You’re not just a driver; you’re a problem-solver and a tech-user. Your role is vital in providing a service that genuinely makes a difference to our customers.
- Drive: Safely operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle across local routes.
- Tech: Use our industry-leading handheld Saturn devices to manage deliveries and track progress.
- Connect: Be the friendly face our customers see every day.
- Move: Load / unload parcels using provided equipment, such as a sack barrow / hand truck, to safely handle heavier items.
What You Bring
- The Essentials: A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
- Experience: Ideally 6 months experience handling 7.5 tonne vehicles.
- Vibe: You’re professional, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fitness: You’re physically active and comfortable with the lifting involved in the job.
