Full‑time. Function: Warehousing. Vacancy Type: Fixed Term Contract. Days of Work: Sunday to Thursday. Hours of Work: 06:00 to 14:30.

Join our depot operations team where you will work closely with the Operations Manager to manage the held parcel process, ensuring deadlines and targets are met and customer queries are resolved.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure all ‘unable to locate’ parcels have accurate delivery information.
  • Inspect damaged or open parcels and move them to the goods on hold area for investigation.
  • Coordinate requests for further information or returns to the customer.
  • Complete administration for mis‑routes and mislabelled parcels.
  • Collaborate with senior management and security to identify and prevent fraudulent consignments.
  • Carry out housekeeping checks.
  • Assist with customer parcel searches as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast‑paced administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or customer‑facing environment.
  • High accuracy, self‑motivation, and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident interacting with customers over the phone and face‑to‑face.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Attention to detail and security awareness.
